1. Lawful use
Use iKOTB only for lawful property-management and related business purposes and in compliance with applicable law, contracts and these policies.
2. Security
Do not attempt unauthorized access; bypass authentication, roles, organization boundaries, MFA, rate limits or other security controls; perform credential stuffing; exploit vulnerabilities without written authorization; or interfere with the Service or another user's access.
3. Malicious or deceptive activity
Do not upload or distribute malware, destructive code, phishing material, fraudulent content or material intended to damage systems or deceive users.
4. Personal information and discrimination
Do not collect, upload, access, disclose, sell or otherwise use personal information without lawful authority and a legitimate purpose. Do not use iKOTB to create unlawfully discriminatory profiles or decisions.
5. Communications
Do not use iKOTB for spam, unlawful commercial electronic messages, harassment, threats, impersonation, phishing or communications that violate another person's rights.
6. Scraping and reverse engineering
Except where law expressly permits it, do not scrape, crawl, copy, reverse engineer or systematically extract the Service, source, data or interfaces in a way that circumvents access controls or exceeds authorized use.
7. Workflow integrity
Do not falsify maintenance, work-order, approval, rent-ledger, document, audit or other operational records, or use another person's account/role to perform actions you are not authorized to take.
8. Enforcement and reporting
KOTB Group Inc. may investigate suspected violations and may restrict or suspend access reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, data or third parties. Report suspected abuse or security issues to contact@ikotb.com without including passwords, authentication secrets or unnecessary personal information.
