Access separation
Customer access is structured around Office, Landlord, and Tenant paths, while internal iKOTB administration remains separate.
Portal visibility review
Landlord and tenant visibility should be reviewed before external access is granted, especially for documents, maintenance, rent, lease, and private office notes.
Controlled invitations
Invitation planning records support manual review. Mass invitation emails, automatic account creation, and public self-serve signup remain off unless separately approved.
Pilot QA
Access QA, data visibility review, pilot simulation, training, and manual launch review should be completed before a real customer pilot.
Financial boundary
iKOTB subscription/setup revenue is separate from tenant rent, deposits, owner funds, payouts, and banking automation.
Activation boundary
Live billing, webhooks, automatic lockouts, payout automation, and destructive multi-organization/RLS changes require separate review and approval.
