Customer types
Office customers pay for office-managed portfolios. Independent landlords pay when they self-manage. Tenant access is included under the office or landlord workflow.
USD pricing
Public pricing is listed in USD. Taxes, CAD equivalents, exchange-rate notes, and invoice details should be handled during customer setup and accounting review.
Controlled pilot use
Pilot access is prepared manually through demo review, customer setup, access QA, data visibility review, training, and launch approval before broader activation.
Payment boundary
Live Stripe charging, automatic payment webhooks, subscription lockouts, payouts, Wise API, banking automation, and rent collection remain off unless separately approved later.
